Key Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in operations management; most recent roles: COO / Head of Operations / VP Operations (or equivalent)
- Experience in complex, multi-country operational environments (last mile logistics, parcel lockers, hardware, R&D/IoT products)
- Proven experience building and scaling an operating system from scratch: operating model, KPI system, management & execution system, org structure
- Experience in a complex operational environment with multiple processes, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Full ownership of end-to-end operations: production coordination, supply chain, service delivery, and internal operational processes
- Cross-functional leadership and management of collaboration across departments
- Direct partnership with the CEO on strategy, priorities, and execution
- Data-driven performance management: KPI implementation, regular performance reviews, and management dashboards
- Operational risk management: identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, and implementing systemic improvements
- Experience supporting international scaling: building repeatable operating models for new markets
- Proven business results and ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
- Strong English, Russian, and Ukrainian communication skills, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end operations, including productioncoordination, supply chain, service delivery, and internal operational processes
- Partner with the CEO on operational strategy, execution priorities, and scalingdecisions
- Design and implement operating frameworks, KPIs, and governance models toensure accountability and performance across teams
- Ensure alignment between operational execution, financial planning, and businessobjectives (in close collaboration with Finance)
- Lead and develop cross-functional and international teams, creating clarity in roles,processes, and decision-making
- Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, proactively driving improvements andstructural solutions
- Support international expansion by establishing repeatable, scalable operatingmodels
Scope of Ownership
The COO will have clear ownership over:
- Finance, product, and commercial strategy remain closely aligned with the CEO and relevantfunctional leaders, with clear role boundaries and collaboration.
- Operational strategy and execution
- Process design and performance management
- Cross-team operational alignment
- Scaling and stabilization of operations across markets
