Key Requirements
3-7 years of experience in facility or industrial site operations.
Upper Intermediate level of Russian (B2).
Basic knowledge of production machinery and diagnostics.
Skills in minor repair and construction work.
Understanding of key engineering systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules.
Strong documentation, Excel, and Google Sheets skills.
Responsible, independent, and stress-resistant.
Key Responsibilities
Daily inspections of plant areas, identifying issues and risks.
Organizing and supervising machinery maintenance and contractor work.
