Key Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in facility or industrial site operations.
  • Upper Intermediate level of Russian (B2).
  • Basic knowledge of production machinery and diagnostics.
  • Skills in minor repair and construction work.
  • Understanding of key engineering systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules.
  • Strong documentation, Excel, and Google Sheets skills.
  • Responsible, independent, and stress-resistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily inspections of plant areas, identifying issues and risks.
  • Organizing and supervising machinery maintenance and contractor work.
  • Quick resolution of technical issues (electricity, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, access systems).
  • Performing minor repairs (locks, walls, painting, fixtures).
  • Coordinating construction/repair projects and accepting completed work.
  • Maintaining order on site and monitoring fire safety and engineering systems.
  • Keeping operational documentation and equipment records.
  • Managing facility-related procurement.
  • Close collaboration with production, warehouse, and security teams.
