Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred).
Proficient in 1C (receiving, transfers, write-offs, inventories).
Strong understanding of bin-location storage principles and warehouse logistics.
Experience with accompanying documents (invoices, waybills, acts).
High attention to detail and discipline in tasks for accurate accounting.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
Physical endurance for handling boxes and working in warehouse conditions.
Commitment to adhere to safety standards and internal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the receiving process — ensure the accurate documentation, quantity, and condition of materials upon arrival, and record all transactions in 1C.
Implement bin-location storage principles — maintain designated storage zones, ensuring order and precise labeling of materials.
Manage materials issuance — enforce the use of transfer orders for all movements in 1C to ensure strict compliance and eliminate unauthorized actions.
Update inventory daily — maintain accurate accounting, ensuring timely and precise recording of all operations in the system.
Enforce warehouse discipline — establish and uphold access rules, cleanliness, order, and prevent chaotic operations.
Prepare production materials — pick orders, assemble kits, and ensure timely delivery to production lines.
Conduct regular inventories — lead weekly and monthly stock counts and identify/discrepancies promptly.
Handle returns and claims — assess returned materials, document defects, and ensure proper processing.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain — maintain open communication and synchronization with team members.
