Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
Proven track record of managing HR processes and administration.
Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws across various jurisdictions.
Fluency in Russian; Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English is required.
Experience with ATS/HRM systems and Jira.

Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management.
