Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience with employee onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR administration, ideally across multiple jurisdictions (or experience working with vendors/outsourcing providers).
  • Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
  • Experience with HRM/HRIS, ATS, Jira, and/or other HR process automation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • English — B2 level.
  • Strong communication skills, high level of ownership, and attention to detail in documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities


  • Employee documentation and HR administration (hire/changes/termination) across multiple jurisdictions; when needed, coordinate with vendors and ensure accuracy and timelines.
  • Maintain and improve core HR practices: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events.
  • Participate in performance reviews and support individual development plans together with managers.
  • Monitor engagement: run eNPS, analyze results, and drive initiatives to improve team climate.
  • Support organizational change and rollout of new HR processes.

  • Executive Search: full-cycle search for senior and key positions, including market mapping, direct sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, coordination of interviews, and support in offer negotiations.
  • Manage HR budgets and HR KPIs; contribute to designing and improving employee benefits.
  • Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management.
