Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in logistics, postal/courier services, retail, or e-commerce.
Fluent Russian; English - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
Strong knowledge of operations management concepts: KPIs, SLAs, process design, and service standards.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and contractors.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with task management systems (Jira, Trello).
