Operations Manager

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in logistics, postal/courier services, retail, or e-commerce.
• Fluent Russian; English - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• Strong knowledge of operations management concepts: KPIs, SLAs, process design, and service standards.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and contractors.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with task management systems (Jira, Trello).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: monitor network performance, SLA compliance, and device availability.
• Participate in building and developing the local operations team.
• Set KPIs and performance metrics for both employees and the overall network; conduct regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with the service department, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Control and optimize business processes: reduce incident resolution time, lower maintenance costs, and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic network expansion planning (new regions, partnerships, optimal site placement).
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management (financial indicators, operational efficiency, key metrics).
