The Project Delivery Manager at SLS Alliance is responsible for delivering international projects involving the installation, launch, and maintenance of smart lockers and other self-service devices. The specialist manages projects from initiation through client handover, monitors timelines and budgets, coordinates internal teams and external partners, and ensures transparent communication between all stakeholders.
The role involves working with SLS Alliance clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and other international markets. It also requires close collaboration with the Sales, Operations, Support, and Finance teams, as well as field engineers, logistics partners, suppliers, and service contractors.
Mission
- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of SLS Alliance’s international projects by turning client agreements into clear plans, concrete actions, and measurable results.
- Create a transparent and manageable project delivery process, from planning equipment delivery and installation to launch, client handover, and ongoing service support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, project delivery, implementation of technology solutions, or a similar role.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple departments, suppliers, contractors, or external partners.
- Experience working with technology products and projects in self-service solutions, IoT, vending equipment, robotics, logistics and warehouse automation, postal and parcel locker systems, Last Mile Delivery, RetailTech, Smart City, industrial automation, or integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Understanding of projects that combine hardware, software, manufacturing, integrations, logistics, installation, and ongoing service maintenance.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Experience working with B2B clients and international cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
- Ability to read and analyze contracts, technical requirements, technical specifications, project documentation, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Fluent English at C1 level and professional proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian.
- Ability to undertake international business trips.

- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects involving the installation and maintenance of smart lockers and other self-service devices for SLS Alliance clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and other international markets.
- Reduce the number of overdue projects and delays during logistics and installation stages.
- Establish a transparent project planning and reporting process between clients and internal teams.
- Improve the efficiency of client transitions to the HaaS model and collaboration between the Sales, Operations, and Support teams.
- Standardize project management processes, including common templates, checklists, and KPIs, to support expansion to new clients, countries, and markets.
