We are looking for a strong, ambitious leader to manage field service operations across Europe. This role is focused on execution discipline, people and process management, SLA compliance, and efficiency improvement. You will work closely with service engineers and regional teams, so hands-on involvement in the product and technical processes is essential.
Requirements
5+ years of management experience in service / field service / aftersales
Experience in the parcel locker / post-matics industry
Proven experience managing service engineers or field teams: strong leader, results-driven, focused on team development and career growth
Experience working with multicultural teams across multiple countries
Knowledge of Field Service Management systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
Understanding of dispatching, logistics, spare parts, and supply chain processes
English at B2 level or higher; native or fluent Russian
Willingness to work on-site and travel regularly
Responsibilities
Lead field service delivery across multiple regions, establishing standards and execution control
Ensure SLA compliance and quality requirements
Manage dispatching: prioritization, resource allocation, routing, and escalations
Build and retain the team; collaborate with regional teams and contractors; coordinate resources; monitor SLA and service quality
Strengthen team discipline and efficiency; manage team leads
Attend first installations for new customers and present the launch and installation process on site (together with company representatives)
Oversee technical training quality and field readiness
Build scalable systems: guidelines, standards, training programs, and process improvements (Salesforce / ServiceNow or similar)
Manage logistics and spare parts to reduce downtime and improve service efficiency
Key Objectives
Improve service quality and execution predictability through KPIs and processes
Increase efficiency (response and repair time, first-time fix rate, reduction of repeat incidents)
Scale the service model without compromising quality
