You will be responsible for shaping procurement strategies, building a reliable supplier network, and improving operational processes in a fast-growing environment.
Mission
Ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials, components, and equipment required for production.
Build an efficient procurement system, reduce costs, and ensure transparency across all supply chain processes.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in procurement / supply chain (Middle level).
Production Procurement: Proven experience in purchasing materials, components, and equipment for production needs.
Supplier Management: Experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
Delivery Control: Ability to ensure on-time delivery and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (1C, SAP, or similar), Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
Trade & Compliance: Knowledge of Incoterms and experience in preparing customs documentation.
Local Expertise: Experience working with RS.ge and understanding of procurement documentation processes in Georgia.
Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Georgian procurement regulations and legislation.
Languages: Fluency in Georgian is mandatory; Russian for day-to-day communication.
Work Format: Willingness to work full-time onsite in Georgia.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, stress resilience, and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely supply for production.
Supplier Relations: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers; lead negotiations.
Contract Execution: Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards.
Strategic Purchasing: Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on cost optimization.
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and planning teams.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, reporting, and forecasting of material needs.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and Georgian legal requirements.
